CSH 1000

The CSH 1000 is a rugged mechanical seal that finds universal application in that it is both suitable for unrefined as well as refined products and chemicals. The flexible metal sealing ring is held snuggly to the tank wall through its spring mounted pantograph system.
In addition, the rim space between the floating roof and sealing ring is covered by a continuous seal fabricated from a weather and vapour synthetic material which is resistant to the stored products.
A major advantage of the system is that it can be completely mounted from the top side of the pontoon.

This seal can be supplied with weathershields, secondary seals and wax scrapers and can be designed to suit rim gaps of up to 300 mm though larger rim gaps can also be accommodated. ...more

CSH 500

The CSH 500 is a lightweight version of the CSH 1000 mechanical seal that has been especially designed for refined products and chemicals. The flexible metal sealing ring is held snuggly to the tank wall through its spring mounted pantograph system.

Slimline

The PRIMARY SEAL TYPE "Slimeline-200" is a soft seal which is used to seal the rim gap between floating roof and tank shell in tanks were white products are stored. This primary seal is mounted directly above the liquid level to cover the mainly part of the liquid surface in the rim gap, so it reduces the evaporation losses and annoyances caused by bad smell to a minimum.

The H1-R secondary seal is a rim mounted secondary seal held to the tank wall by stainless steel springs. The especially designed foam encased neoprene head with stainless steel strips provides a firm seal to the tank wall and at the same time will not scrape off dirt or rust thereby keeping the product clean. ..more

The G secondary seal is a rim mounted secondary seal held to the tank wall by stainless steel springs. Unlike the H-1R this seal has a hard wearing foam encased head and is therefore suitable also for unrefined products. Further its broad sealing surface ensures a minimum of evaporation loss as well as prevention of weather, dust, sand etc. entering into the tank. ..more

W6/2

The W6/2 secondary is a rim mounted secondary seal held to the tank wall by stainless steel springs. This seal has been especially designed to prevent ingress of water into the tank and is therefore primarily foreseen for white products especially those that are miscible with water. Its especially designed head has a rubber profile with 2 horizontal water gutters and drain holes allowing any build up of water through rain or condensation to escape onto the pontoon and therefore not contaminate the product. ..more
